About the Role

Responsibilities
Lead and support a DevOps function within a multidisciplinary infrastructure and security team
Design, plan, and coordinate infrastructure initiatives, including upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations
Partner closely with software development teams to adapt infrastructure practices to evolving product needs
Improve CI/CD pipelines through enhanced automation and GitOps practices
Manage and execute deployments across cloud environments
Strengthen monitoring, observability, and alerting to proactively identify performance and security issues
Continuously improve system stability, scalability, and cost visibility
Collaborate cross-functionally with development, security, compliance, and support stakeholders
Contribute to technical documentation, architecture reviews, and internal knowledge sharing
