An employer is looking for a DevOps Manager to lead and mentor a globally distributed DevOps team while partnering closely with engineering, product, QA, security, and IT teams to enable fast, secure, and reliable software delivery. They will drive platform engineering initiatives, including building and scaling internal developer platforms that reduce friction and enable self-service infrastructure provisioning. The role will oversee CI/CD pipelines, GitHub-centric workflows, infrastructure-as-code, and containerization strategies across AWS environments. They will also be responsible for embedding shift-left security, SRE practices, observability, and governance into the delivery lifecycle while ensuring compliance with SOC 2 and regulatory standards.
