HCL Tech is looking for Cloud engineer junior with the below skills:

SKILLS

Support Engineers

• L1/ L2 Support engineer with exposure to Azure DevOps methodologies and tools. 8+Years of experience

• Familiarity with monitoring tools, including Splunk and Dynatrace.

• Experience of cloud technologies GCP/Azzure.

• Knowledge of SQL, relational databases.

• Knowledge of ITIL and processes such as Incident, Problem and Event Management.

• Open to work in rotational shifts (Morning and Afternoon Shifts) and share the on-call rota for out of business hours to manage the critical applications.

• Advocate of Agile delivery practices.

• Experience across the entire solutions development lifecycle from inception through build to production.

• OS: Windows, Linux, Solaris
• Monitoring and alerting (Splunk, NetIQ, Tivoli, Dynatrace)
• DevOps, GCP ...
