Devops Engineer

The CRM DevOps Engineer will work with the Developers to deploy and manage code changes, and work with the Operations Engineers on managing and maintaining the CRM Platform (D365, Power Platform, and Azure) for BDO.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manages the release pipeline for all projects and changes

• Sets up tools and required infrastructure based on delivery/project requirements

• Automates the deployment process and continuously improves on it

• Helps define and set development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation

• Monitors D365, Power Platform, and Azure dashboards and ensures that the CRM Platform is running smoothly and efficiently.

• Other functions that may be assigned from time to time
