About the Role
Job Summary
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to build, deploy, and support cloud-native applications and CI/CD pipelines. You will work closely with developers and infrastructure teams to improve reliability, automation, monitoring, and release processes in a hybrid setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins (Groovy) and Git
- Deploy and manage containerized workloads in OpenShift
- Package and release applications using Helm
- Support and optimize AWS services, including:
- AWS S3 (storage and lifecycle management)
- AWS SES (email service integration and troubleshooting)
- AWS OpenSearch (search/logging/analytics support)
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot production issues, and drive root-cause analysis
- Automate infrastructure and operational tasks to improve reliability and speed
