About the Role
We are looking for a Junior DevOps Engineer with a focus on backoffice operations and support. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with 0–2 years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, or related technical support. You will play a key role in monitoring systems, supporting day-to-day operations, documenting processes, and assisting senior engineers. This role is designed as a stepping stone for someone starting from Level 1 Technical Support and looking to grow into a full DevOps career.
Key Responsibilities
Provide backoffice support by handling tickets, troubleshooting basic system issues, and escalating when needed.
Monitor system dashboards, alerts, and logs to help ensure uptime and stability.
Assist with recurring maintenance tasks such as patching, backups, and upgrades.
Support user onboarding, access requests, and simple IAM tasks.
