Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to manage, optimize, and secure our cloud and telephony infrastructure. This role focuses on AWS-based environments, CI/CD automation, system reliability, security, third-party integrations (Stripe & Twilio), and cost optimization.
The ideal candidate has strong experience supporting Twilio service center environments, ensuring uptime, webhook reliability, and telephony scalability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cloud Infrastructure & Environment Management
- Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), including IAM, networking, compute, and load balancing.
- Administer Linux servers and develop shell scripts for automation.
- Build, optimize, and manage Docker containers.
- Maintain strict separation between Development, Staging, and Production environments.
