Job Summary:

The Device Management & Reverse Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing the lifecycle, movement, maintenance, and accountability of GPS devices under the E-TRACC program. This role leads the Inventory, Device Technician, and Reverse Logistics teams to ensure devices are tracked, maintained, retrieved, and deployed efficiently, while enforcing company policies and ensuring high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Supervision

o Manage and oversee the following functional teams:

Inventory Team – Handles GPS device tracking, delivery scheduling, and pick-up assignments via Reverse Logistics.

Device Technician Team – Performs inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of GPS devices.

Reverse Logistics Team – Executes delivery and retrieval of GPS devices or related E-TRACC assets to designated destinations.
