Development Project Manager

Our client is seeking a Development Project Manager to lead complex land development projects from concept through construction completion. This role is responsible for managing all phases of land development, including feasibility analysis, consultant coordination, municipal approvals, construction planning, contract administration, budgeting, and project communication. The ideal candidate will bring significant experience in land development, a strong understanding of planning and engineering processes, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a small but high‑performing team.
