MatchBox is partnering with a well-established real estate development group in Kelowna to recruit an Intermediate Development Manager. This is a stand-alone role with meaningful responsibility and direct exposure to senior leadership.
The Role
Reporting primarily to a senior development lead, with some interaction with the managing partner, this role will support early-stage development activities across a growing portfolio. The focus is on financial analysis, municipal coordination, and advancing projects through feasibility and entitlements.
