About the Role
We are recruiting a Development Lead for a governmental organization located in the Jerusalem area.
Responsibilities:
- Lead technological and methodological aspects of the development teams across the organization
- Define development policies, standards, and development methodologies
- Plan and design application architecture
- Lead development activities in a hybrid environment (On-Prem and Cloud)
- Select development tools and manage configuration processes
- Implement advanced solutions and optimize system performance
- Provide professional guidance and mentorship to developers
- Lead research and development (R&D) processes and initiatives
