As a development engineer, you foster innovation and develop new product concepts that form the foundation for pioneering projects. You design products that meet current and future market demands and identify market opportunities by analyzing market trends and customer needs. In doing so, you assess technological feasibility and conduct relevant studies. A focus lies in developing new lighting concepts and constructing prototypes, including the presentation and elaboration of customer benefits. Knowledge exchange within the team and with external partners is a key aspect of your work.
