About the Role

 
  Job Description 
 We have an exciting opportunity for a Development and Education Coordinator to join our team in Sydney for 12-month fixed term contract. This is a part-time position, working 3 days a week. The purpose of the role is to lead, implement, support and report on BESIX Watpac’s Women in Construction Industry Innovation Program projects.
 Key responsibilities will include:
 Coordinate, implement and report on the Women in Construction Industry Innovation Program (IIP) projects undertaken in NSW by BESIX Watpac.
 Consult and provide support to stakeholders involved in the program including State Government, staff, subcontractors, clients, and external facilitators.
 Implement training needs and initiatives to support nationally accredited outcomes.
 Manage, coordinate, support and attend internal workshops.
 Managing training and compliance outcomes in accordance with the Program.
