Analyze Business Requirements

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Develop custom components such as plugins, workflows, and actions using C#, .NET, and Dynamics 365 SDK.
• Implement scripting with JavaScript and Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) controls.

Customization & Configuration

• Configure entities, forms, views, charts, dashboards, and business process flows.
• Set up security roles, field‑level security, and hierarchical security models.
• Create and manage solutions for deployment across environments.

Integration

• Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, and Azure Logic Apps.
• Develop data migration strategies and execute migrations using Data Import Wizard, KingswaySoft, or SSIS.
• Ensure synchronization between Dynamics 365 and external systems (ERP, marketing platforms, etc.).
