Developer Application

The Opportunity Reporting to the Director, Innovation and Technology Enablement, this role is responsible for the hands‑on development of a resident engagement application prototype using modern AI‑assisted and rapid development tools. The objective is to validate a scalable product concept through iterative delivery. Approximately 90% of the role is focused on prototype development, while 10% supports administration and enhancement of an existing platform.

Key Accountabilities

Design, build, and iterate a resident engagement application prototype

Leverage AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Replit)

Develop UI, workflows, and integrations

Iterate rapidly based on stakeholder and user feedback

Solution Design & Technical Direction
