Process Automation in our context includes:

• Traditional Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for structured, rule-based, and logical processes
• AI-enabled automation for handling and interpreting unstructured data (e.g.document classification, data extraction, text interpretation as part of automation workflowsand using LLMs to support the processes)
