1. Operational Excellence & Project Management:

Translate major global transformation decisions and projects, particularly those related to the L4TF program, into actionable plans within the North Asia Zone's masterplan, actively promoting their adoption and implementation.

Develop and define robust methodologies, analytical frameworks, and reporting mechanisms to activate and ensure the successful execution of the L4TF masterplan within the North Asia Zone.

Implement and monitor management methodologies and analyses, consolidate reports related to the masterplan and packaging strategy, and build simulations and trajectories to communicate effectively with various stakeholders (e.g., Zone leadership, Finance, and other relevant departments).

Coordinate diverse activities with appropriate local and regional relays, providing clear communication and addressing inquiries.
