Role:

Oracle Cloud HCM Integrations Engineer (OIC/SQL) – Build & Run

Experience: 4–7 years in application integration including ≥2 years on Oracle Integration Cloud (or equivalent iPaaS) and ≥3 years in SQL/ETL. HCM experience required (at least Core HR).

Brief description of the position and its mission:

• The role is responsible for the design, implementation, and operation of integrations around Oracle Cloud HCM using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• It covers both Build (projects, enhancements, new workflows) and Run (supervision, maintenance, continuous improvement) of the interfaces between the Oracle HCM system and internal or external systems (payroll, IAM, finance, data warehouse, business applications).
• The objective is to ensure smooth and reliable HR data exchanges in an international and regulated context, relying on Oracle standards (OIC, HDL, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, REST/SOAP APIs).
