Overview
The Systems Administration & Support Seattle Contractor will report to the manager of Systems Administrations & Support (SAS) and will be responsible for support of the TNS corporate workstation environment. The technician will be responsible for all aspects that impact the user endpoints, including MacBook and MacOS laptops, JAMF management system, Office365, Azure and Active Directory, Group Policy, software deployments, security patches and updates, network, printers, phone support. In addition, the SAS technician will ensure timely resolution of internal employee incident requests as well as assist with selected projects as assigned by the SAS manager and Desktop Engineering.MacOS and Windows workstations
