About the Role
We are urgently hiring a Desktop Support (Voice) professional who can start end of February or early March . This role is a blend of Technical Support Representative and Service Desk Analyst , providing hands-on technical support to US-based clients via phone, email, and VOIP .
This position is 100% onsite in BGC, Taguig and follows a shifting schedule to support global operations. Candidates who are ready to start immediately and are comfortable with full onsite work will be prioritized.
