General Function:
Provide complete IT services to a wide range of SMB customers. (Small company, 6 employees).
Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities – Essential Functions:Performs IT services both onsite and remotely for a range of SMB customers in a range of vertical markets. Creates or updates customer computer records. Enters time and notes for work done used for billing purposes. Researches and resolves customer IT issues using all available resources. Assists other technicians when needed. Reporting Relationships: Reports directly to owner Direction Given: Occasional follow-up with customers, regular monitoring of time entry. Assignment and guidance of special tasks or new customers.
