On-site - Makati Fresh Graduate/Student Bachelor Full-time
Job Description
- Provide on‑site and remote desktop support for end‑users (hardware, software, and peripherals)
- Perform basic troubleshooting, installation, and configuration of IT equipment
- Handle service requests and elevate technical issues when necessary
- Maintain proper documentation of issues and resolutions
- Perform field work as required to support business operations
- Work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays depending on business needs
Qualifications
- Entry level; open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of IT/desktop support experience
- Good to excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Willing to work in Makati, Taguig, or Pasig
