1. Active Directory( User addition/deletion, Password reset..)
2. O365 Config
3. BitLocker Encryption
4. BS OD Error (Blue Screen) Knowledge
5. Basic hardware Trouble shooting( No display, not powering on ,Disk boot failure.)
6. Language- English & Malayalam is must
