Strong knowledge of Microsoft PC-based operating systems (Windows 10 and 11)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
Strong experience with automated software deployments using SCCM
Strong experience with MS Intune
Strong experience with anti-virus and endpoint protection
Strong experience with remote access technologies (AVD, VPN, OWA)
Working experience with scripting technologies (PowerShell)
Expert knowledge of Active Directory and group policy management
Must be ITIL Certified at minimum foundation level
