Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer- L1 to join our team in Vikhroli, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in:
- Desktop/Laptop troubleshooting (hardware & software)
- Microsoft Outlook configuration & troubleshooting
- Installing and supporting operating systems & common applications
- Printer, scanner, and peripheral support
- Network basic troubleshooting
- User support via remote tools and on-site as needed
