Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer- L1 to join our team in Vikhroli, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in:
Desktop/Laptop troubleshooting (hardware & software)
Microsoft Outlook configuration & troubleshooting
Installing and supporting operating systems & common applications
Printer, scanner, and peripheral support
Network basic troubleshooting
User support via remote tools and on-site as needed
