Desktop Support Engineer

• IT assets and peripherals management.
• Technical support to end-user.
• Installing, testing, and/or upgrade operating systems and/or applications.
• Facilitate restoration of service within the prescribed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Escalating incident tickets that cannot be resolved to upper- level support.
• Performing routine AV equipment checks on conference rooms to ensure usability and readiness.
• Participating in system upgrade activities.
• Submitting status reports to Team Leads and/or Delivery Manager.

Qualifications:

• 1 year experience as a Technical Support is an advantage.
• Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Could quickly adapt to immediate operational changes.
• Good analytical and communication skills (oral & written)
• Must be amenable to work morning and graveyard shift.
