About the Role
As the Desktop Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing outstanding Level 1 and Level 2 support across hardware, software, and network environments.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for service desk tickets, triaging issues and managing escalations.
- Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other ICT equipment.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft environments including Azure, Office 365, Active Directory, SCCM, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams, InTune, and WSUS.
- Assist with onboarding new starters and create user guides and documentation.
- Collaborate with global IT teams and third-party providers to resolve complex issues.
