About the Role

The Desktop Platforms Engineer will participate in multiple technical teams, including Citrix, Windows Desktop, and Microsoft Intune/SCCM, and contribute to various projects across all functional areas. The role-holder will be a member of the Desktop Platforms team, one of the technical groups that comprises the Firm’s Infrastructure area. 
Main responsibilities: 
   
Create and maintain a single and global desktop Standard Operating Environment (SOE) containing all core software components and configurations utilizing Microsoft Endpoint Manager / Intune 
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the deployment and management of desktop, laptop, and mobile devices  
Monitor the performance and health of cloud-based and on-premise devices and take corrective action as needed 
Troubleshoot and resolve user connectivity issues with applications, allocated licenses, devices, and conditional access policies
