About the Role

What is the Opportunity?
AUE is seeking a Project Designer to develop high-level telecom designs that support the planning and execution of FTTH and OSP infrastructure builds. You will work closely with survey data, GIS platforms, and engineering inputs to produce accurate, constructible plans while coordinating across CAD, permitting, and QA teams. 
What You'll Do Here 
Develop FTTH/OSP/ISP High-Level Designs (HLD), including feeder/distribution routing, boundary definitions, handhole/chamber concepts, and preliminary splice/segmentation strategy. 

Ingest survey and Geomatics inputs (i.e., LiDAR, RTK, IKE pole audits) and client/municipal GIS to inform routing decisions. 

Validate base mapping, utilities, and right-of-way constraints; flag conflicts and propose mitigations early in the design process.
