Designer – Collection Development & Production

Location: Bapu Nagar, Jaipur (Full-time, On-site) Role Overview Mænaam is seeking a Designer who will take ownership of both collection development and production coordination. This role requires a strong understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and handwork, along with the ability to work closely with karigars, master tailors, and production teams to ensure collections are executed to a high standard and delivered on schedule. This position is suited for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative in a fast-paced, growing brand environment.
