Design & Technology Teacher

Job Summary

UCSI Schools is seeking a dedicated and passionate Design & Technology Teacher to inspire students through creative, hands‑on, and inquiry‑based learning. The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons that develop students’ design thinking, problem‑solving, and practical skills, while fostering innovation and real‑world application within an internationally‑minded school community.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high‑quality, engaging lessons in Design & Technology (Lower and/or Upper Secondary) in alignment with the school’s curriculum framework (e.g. Cambridge IGCSE, national curriculum, or equivalent).
• Teach core DT areas such as product design, resistant materials, systems & control, engineering concepts, and design processes.
• Design and implement comprehensive lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments that promote creativity, critical thinking, and practical application.
