Design Manager

· Coordinate with the client’s design team for the project build and site wide design and services.

· Coordinate the Winthrop design teams and external design consultants ensuring the design development is on program to allow construction to progress.

· Plan and lead design & engineering workshops with in house and external discipline engineers to resolve any issues and ensure progressed ahead of site activities.

· Manage the Technical submittal (TS) process ensuring the specification is adhered to and TS are submitted in a timely manner to allow the Design team review, comment and follow up.

· Manage the design query process raising issues in weekly workshops with follow up RFI’s raised with any changes to be raised to change management.
