About the Role
Design Manager - South East London - Immediate Start
A Design Manager is required to oversee design packages on a large new build residential project in South East London. The project is valued at £100m+ and is currently working through preconstruction / PCSA stage with a view to starting on site Summer 2026. The successful candidate will have experience of working on new build residential projects with at least two references to support this. Reporting directly to a Senior Design Manager any potential candidates are welcomed from either a construction, engineering or architectural background. This is a site based role with occasional head office visits also required potential scope for remote working.
Applicants must have experience of working on projects of at least £50m with leading residential Developers, Architectural Practices or Consultancies with supporting references. They must also live within a commutable distance of Central / SE London.
