Design manager ( architecture & civil engineering )
Location: Bahria Town, Rawalpindi
Either architect or civil engineer
Architecture graduate + long exposure to structural & MEP coordination
Civil engineer with deep architectural + services coordination experience
Experience: yrs
5-7 yrs in design coordination
-Architecture + Structural + MEP coordination
Consultant management (multiple external consultants)
-Authority submissions & follow-ups (local bylaws, fire, environmental, utilities)
-Site coordination & design issue resolution
-Drawing control, RFI management, and design freeze processes
-Managing deadlines under construction pressure
Technical skills/Strong understanding of:
-Building systems & constructibility
-Statutory codes & approval processes
-MEP coordination logic (not calculations, but integration)
-Ability to challenge consultants technically (without redesigning)
