A rapidly expanding international data centre developer is seeking a Design Manager to drive the technical execution of a major European project. This is a hands-on delivery role, managing design coordination, permitting, and technical issue resolution across architectural, structural, MEP, ICT, and security disciplines.
In this role, you will:
Lead multi-disciplinary design coordination with consultants and contractors.
Act as the bridge between internal design teams and local authorities/consultants.
Ensure all design, permitting, and construction administration requirements are met.
Provide on-the-ground support for permitting, approvals, and compliance.
Oversee quality control and site design integrity during construction.
Resolve design-related RFIs and variation orders in collaboration with project teams.
