Design Manager, Gateway Program (OE)

Overview

The Design Manager, Gateway Program role will be hired under the Engineering Management Centre of Excellence group within the Engineering Management Technical Professional Organization (TPO) of Engineering Services Canada. The Design Manager, Gateway Program role will play a support role in the delivery of Engineering Services on a large project under the GTAA project. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the candidate will lead and coordinate the implementation of multidisciplinary design standards and work collaboratively with the main contractor. Responsibilities include oversight of pre‑construction phase services, client interface at multiple levels, design consultancy management, facilitating design reviews, external stakeholder management, and technical assistance. Sector of activities – Owner's Engineering for Ports & Airports Market. Location requirements – In person, 5 days a week at the project office.
