FTTH & ODN Design

• Lead High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) for FTTH networks.
• Design feeder, distribution, and drop fiber networks.
• Plan splitter allocation, fiber capacity, and network scalability.
• Ensure GPON/XGS-PON architecture compliance.
• OSP (Outside Plant) Design
• Oversee aerial and underground OSP design including:
• Pole line design and pole loading analysis
• Joint pole attachment coordination with electric cooperatives
• Underground duct and manhole layout planning
• Trenching, micro-trenching, and HDD route design
• Conduct field surveys and technical site validation.
• Ensure compliance with local pole attachment standards and safety clearances.
• Review and approve OSP construction drawings and as-built plans.

Coordination & Leadership

• Manage and mentor a team of fiber planners and OSP designers.
