About the role

We're partnering with one of the world's leading AI companies on a project that uses
real-world, designer-built assets
to improve the reasoning, accuracy, and safety of large language models.

We're looking for senior design professionals who already have strong design files sitting in their archives -work created for past roles, clients, agencies, freelance projects, or personal exploration- and are open to putting that work to use again.

As a
Design Expert
, you'll contribute
high-quality design assets
that reflect how experienced designers actually think about layout, hierarchy, systems, constraints, and visual problem-solving across real projects. We're especially interested in work that captures
how
designers think: structure, hierarchy, constraints, systems, and decision-making, not just polished outcomes.
