Job Summary We are seeking an experienced
Design Engineer / Team Lead – Material & Process (M&P)
with strong program exposure to support airframe design, qualification, certification, and in‑service activities. The ideal candidate will act as a
core team member , provide
technical leadership , mentor junior engineers, and support cross‑functional aviation engineering activities across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities Provide
engineering support for standard parts , including 3D modeling, redesign, and optimization Perform tasks related to
development, qualification, certification, and in‑service support
of airframe structures Support
manufacturing and in‑service investigations , including root cause analysis Participate in
airframe design reviews
to ensure compliance with Aircraft Design Requirements Support
