Design Engineer MEP

We are seeking a skilled MEP Designer to prepare high-quality Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) permit and construction drawings for commercial and residential projects. The role requires strong technical knowledge of USA building codes, coordination skills, and hands-on expertise in drafting and design tools to support compliant and constructible MEP solutions.

Major Job Responsibilities

1. MEP Design & Documentation

• Prepare MEP permit and construction drawings including:
• Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Solar systems
• Floor plans, riser diagrams, details, schedules, and notes
• Develop accurate layouts aligned with architectural and structural drawings.

2. Code Compliance & Standards

• Ensure full compliance with applicable codes and standards, including:
• NEC, IPC, UPC, CBC, CMC, CPC, CFC
• ASHRAE standards
