Mechanical Engineer with 12–20 years of manufacturing experience and 3+ years in engineering team leadership, skilled in product design, process development, steel materials, testing & validation, jigs & fixtures, and CREO / Windchill / PDM Link. Ideal candidates come from industrial products, power transmission, or heavy engineering backgrounds with experience in quality systems, cost optimization, and continuous improvement.
