Overview

Hi I’m Abhik, Ashby's Co-Founder and VP of Engineering. At Ashby you can design and build software, tackling our most challenging design problems and enhancing our in‑house design system.

Responsibilities

• Redesigned the mobile web app by speaking with frequent users, wireframing new flows, implementing the design system, and turning wireframes into functional features.
• Built a set of flexible, composable components in our design system that enable other engineers to create custom autocompletes with filters, option to create new records, etc.
• Helped another engineer improve a design’s information hierarchy and scannability for candidate assessment views, allowing recruiters to quickly parse information.
