Be part of R&D vehicle development, QCT (Quality, Cost and Time) management for Plastic injection, Thermoforming and Electrical parts development with high excellence on engineering skills and accountability of each duty to create value and overachieve customers' expectations.
**Main responsibilities**:**Engineering changes leadership**: Study and execute design changes.Manage Plastic, Metal, Electrical & Thermoforming system development on new vehicle projects.Lead cost reduction activity with suppliers.Lead quality improvement activity by warranty data analysis, studying and analyzing customer incident parts.QCT (Quality, Cost and Time) management on current and new projects.
**Education**:Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Automotive or alike)**Previous work experience**:**Desirable**: Experience in the automotive industry.Engineering design changes management.
