Design Engineer 1

As a Design Engineer from drivetrain design section, he/she will be able to manage and promote Project development, Quality and Value Optimization activities for all America´s regions.
**Main responsibilities**:
**Project development**: Manage projects for Americas region. Achieve CQT of projects.
**Quality**: Solve Drivetrain quality issues presented during development of projects and current production to continue guarantee high quality of Nissan vehicles.
**Value Optimization**: To lead, manage & promote activities to generate cost reduction ideas inside Powertrain area in order to achieve objectives.
**Reporting**: Report to top management about progress/status and next steps of tasks under his/her responsibilities.
**Education**:
Bachelor’s or Master in Automotive, Mechanical or related Engineering.
**Previous experience**:
1 years of experience in Automotive Industry (desirable)/ Not experience is acceptable
