Design Development Manager

Job Overview:

The Design Development Manager will lead the design development phase of real estate projects from concept to construction documentation, ensuring design intent, functionality, cost, timelines, and statutory compliance are aligned with the company’s vision and business objectives. The role acts as a key bridge between external architects, MEP consultants, construction teams, and internal stakeholders.

Design Management & Coordination

• Drive end-to-end design development across master planning, architecture, structure, MEP, façade, landscape, interiors, and specialist consultants.
• Translate concept designs into detailed, construction-ready drawings and specifications.
• Ensure design intent is maintained while optimizing for constructability, cost, and timelines.
• Lead design coordination workshops and resolve design clashes and ambiguities.
