DESIGN COORDINATOR

This is a head-office-based Design Coordinator position supporting multiple construction projects, working under the guidance of a senior Design Manager. The focus is on coordination, clarity and momentum. Keeping consultants aligned, documentation moving to program, and designs properly resolved so construction teams can build with confidence.

You’ll be stepping into an established residential and commercial construction business. Design is taken seriously here, with strong internal processes, clear expectations and a practical, construction-led approach to documentation and coordination.
