Key Responsibilities to include:
- Knowledge and experience in design of complex mixed use commercial buildings
- To produce world class designs of complex mixed use commercial buildings
- Attend design meetings with clients and consultants
- To produce high quality sketch illustrations depicting client brief accurately
- To assist with graphic design work for presentation purposes (Adobe suite/ Affinity Suite)
- To assist with 3D visualisation of project proposals (Enscape/hand sketches/Lumion/Other software)
- Produce concept work and design presentations accurate for costing and documentation purposes
- Must be willing to travel local and internationally
