JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Licensed Architect
• With at least 2 years of professional experience in architectural design, specifically with residential projects
• With excellent communication and client management skills
• With pleasing and dynamic personality
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD and other computer applications
• Willing to be assigned in Pasay City

Job Description

• Assigned to handle at least one (1) to two (2) project
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, models, and presentations for clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Provides complete and up-to-date report about the status of the project
• Continuously coordinates with consultants regarding deadlines and submission of project requirements
• Attends and facilitates meetings with clients and consultants
