Design Architect

Role Overview

The Design Architect will take an active role in the conceptualization, planning, and technical development of residential high-rise buildings. The position requires strong knowledge of vertical living design principles, space efficiency, façade articulation, and compliance with local building regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts for residential high-rise developments
• Prepare schematic design, design development, and detailed construction drawings
• Perform unit layout planning and space optimization
• Coordinate with structural, MEPF, and other consultants
• Ensure compliance with building codes, fire safety, and zoning regulations
• Assist in permit documentation and regulatory submissions
• Conduct site visits and oversee design implementation
• Maintain design standards aligned with company benchmarks
